Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, sales, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Delays
Sweets4Weeks is not responsible for delays caused by:

Royal Mail or courier delays

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customs inspections

Weather conditions or events outside our control
Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it, but additional postage fees will apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your parcel arrives damaged, or if items are missing or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sweets4weeks.com with:

Returns Due to Non‑Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Failed delivery attempts

Unclaimed parcels

Incorrect address
We can resend the order once additional postage is paid. Refunds for perishable goods (such as sweets) are not available in these cases.
